Mesolifting

If you want to rejuvenate your skin, get rid of fine lines and shave years off your age, meet mesolifting...

Mesolifting is a revolutionary application that affects the wrinkles on the skin that are caused by aging. These are microinjection treatments that are applied on the skin to rejuvenate the skin or give it a better appearance. Treatment of fine lines and wrinkles on the back of the hand, face and neck areas and rejuvenation is ensured with this method. It usually provides more benefits to people over 35 years of age. The application is based on the administration of a rejuvenating cocktail into the skin in the form of small injections. Mesolifting delays the aging of the skin by protecting it from the harmful sun rays. This technique, which also affects the tone and texture of the skin, improves its general condition. No pain is felt during the procedure.

Factors that affect aging can be listed as follows;

1. Nutrition or hormonal condition

2. Smoking

3. Exposure to UV rays

4. Mechanical stress etc.

Mesolifting is applied with 3 techniques:

1. Nappage: With this technique, the injections to be administered to the problematic area are applied to the epidermis layer and the mesolifting mixture spreads throughout the dermis layer by way of diffusion.

2. Dermal injection: Injections are administered into the dermis.

3. High frequency (rapid-pulse mode): This is a high-frequency injection technique administered with the help of next generation mesotherapy guns.

Contents of the mesolifting cocktail (salmon DNA):

One of the contents I could never give up ever since my first mesolifting application is Salmon DNA. The DNA molecule stimulates the collagen synthesis in the fibroblast cells in the skin and activates the repair mechanism.

Additionally, hyaluronic acid, which is another ingredient of this cocktail, plays an important role in the treatment process with its high water retention capacity. The cocktail also includes antioxidant vitamins (A, E, C, D, B) oligoelements and circulation regulators. As multivitamins:  A - E - C - D and group B (B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6) vitamins, Folic acid, Oligoelements; Cu-Zn-Mg-Potassium Chloride, Na, Amino acids; L-Arginine, L-Alanine, L-Asparagine, L-Glutamic Acid, L-Cysteine, L-Glycine and other substances such as diluting agents Procain, SF, D-Glucose can be listed among the ingredients.

What are the effect mechanisms of mesolifting?

The mechanic effect (napping and high frequency) and the effect that is revealed as a result of the injection of the mesolifting cocktail can be divided into 2 categories. While we can observe a fibroblast activation effect; i.e. an increase in the elasticity of the skin with collagen synthesis, we can also observe skin rejuvenation as the skin renews itself with the mechanical effects and increasing its tautness. Both of the ways will increase the synthesis of collagen fibers and elastin with the stimulation of fibroblasts, and increase the moisture content of the skin.

In skin deformations caused by sunlight (UV) and stress, the structure of the fibroblasts that trigger the synthesis of elastin and collagen fibers that are responsible for renewing the skin is deformed. Mesolifting stimulates the fibroblasts, increasing elastin and collagen synthesis and the water retention capacity of the skin, protecting it from the drying and aging effects of sunlight. Thus, mesolifting both rejuvenates the skin, repairs the wrinkles and protects it from aging.

Treatment process

One of the key benefits of mesotherapy is that it protects your skin from harmful sun rays. Considering this benefit, I recommend that you have the mesotherapy procedure done during the spring, before you go out in the sun. This process depends on the frequency and duration of the sessions, your age and the area of mesotherapy application. In general, 8 - 15 weeks will be sufficient.
